Abstract:
In a context of open innovation, relations between public laboratories and industry are developing, but they are complicated by major differences in their vision of the appropriation of knowledge. While problems relating to intellectual property are initially accentuated by the mutual representations of the players involved, it is the implementation of joint projects that gradually reduces the antagonisms between the players.
